The mission:
Smiles is a place of good word, a place of good food, good health, and good fun. A modern day temple for god to get his word of salvation out. If we eat good food, we think good thoughts, we are able to receive his word, because our body and soul are clean. Come to this modern day temple of god to receive his word, his food, pure and good, receive the blessing of good health and the peace within.
What is Smiles?
The place:
Monitors are placed at drive-thru to educate and entertain about health while customers wait.the establishment has pushbutton order panels ,one drive-thru for cold items and one drive-thru for hot items,this increases drive-thru volume and higher customer satisfaction.
On one side of the building is a outside eating area,to enjoy nature’s fresh air and sunlight while you eat and listen to the sounds of nature.three small soundproof booths are equipped with coin operated distilled h20,and o2 hookups,sounds of nature are heard,to capture that garden of eden experience,that our earth ,once had, so abundantly.
The drive-thru food delivery system is custom designed and a patent has been applied for.
The building is designed to insure a healthy working environment for the people that work there and insure that the food prepared is free of outside contaminates,by insuring that there is always a positive pressure within the establishment.there are two fixing areas,one side for cold food preparation,the other side for hot food preparation.this lessens food spoilage on the cold food side,and lowers energy usage on cold storage.hot grill is on the front side of the establishment and cold grill on the back side of the building.food storage is in the back of the building which allows easy access for food delivery to the freezer area and dry food storage.all food storage has a positive pressure.building sanitation is on the opposite side of food storage.positive pressure relief is done at the back of the building.air exits doors and windows when opened preventing dust,smoke and insects from contaminating the indoor environment and food.
The morning sun shines on the front of the establishment.
Smiles is a place that will make you smile when you drive in and see that smiley face rotating and the yellow and blue tile building that represents the sun and the sky on a beautiful day.

People want a alternative to the fast food establishments.the baby boomers are speaking out,no more fast fat food.they want a place to eat good food,feel good about what they are eating,food that calms the soul,a place where a smile is not out of place.
Let us go back to eden,where things were simple,and you knew forsure,what you been eaten.
