The company was founded in Buenos Aires, Argentina, by Daniel Laiseca and has been making Virtual Musical Instruments and Effects since August 2004.

Its first VST instrument plug-in released was Realistic Virtual Piano VSTi, an acoustic grand piano emulation for Windows and VST 2.0 compatible host application.
