Haiku Plantation Inn: Maui's Hawaiian Bed and Breakfast Inn.  Located in the beautiful upcountry of Maui's north shore area. this historic 1870's plantation, once the home to Maui's original sugar plantation doctor, serves as Maui's truly Hawaiian destination Inn.  Steeped in Hawaiian traditions and local hospitality, the inn provides a wonderful glimpse into the Hawaii of yester-year.

Stay among two acres of historical grounds, full of tropical flower gardens and fruits: pick your own fresh Maui fruit right from the grounds of this historic plantation home. A tropical paradise, this two acre secluded estate is within walking distance of the old Haiku cannery and its quaint plantation towne. 

It's a short 5 minute drive to Maui's most famous surfing and windsurfing beach... with Paia, Maui's art colony: and Makawao, our Hawaiian cowboy towne, just minutes down the road. We are centrally located yet only 20 minutes to the airport.  Whale watch within 25 minutes or stand along the quiet edge of Haleakala within an hour. The plantation's location provides a centrally located base to experience all the treasures Maui has to offer.  

A private paradise, minutes from the resorts, yet far away from the crowds. A place to relax and enjoy the real Maui and meet its friendly people with their aloha spirit. 

Our beautifully appointed guest suites are decorated in vintage plantation era style and all have private baths with full amenities. The lovely old home provides the atmosphere of a home away from home... only Hawaiian style.  

Breakfast is included daily. For our early morning risers, those heading to the crater summit or Hana, we pack your breakfast and beverages to go for the mroning. Beach and picnic equipment available.

Romantic Hawaiian Getaway: 
Our wonderful Plumeria suite with its vintage claw foot tub and private entrance makes the perfect location for that romantic or honeymoon getaway. 

Relaxation and Hawaiian Traditoinal Wellness Services:
At the end of the day, enjoy a relaxing time in our hot tub or set an appointment for a Hawaiian lomi lomi massage in our wellness cottage.

Guided by Kahu Naone and his students, the grounds and historic home are nurtured and continue to provide a special location and avenue in the honor of the Hawaiian culture.    

Weddings and Events:
The grounds and home are open for private events and wedding festivities: Features:  Traditional Hawaiian ceremonies, cultural workshops, and private events.
