The Michael Hoefflin Foundation was established in 1994 in honor of a young boy named Michael Hoefflin, who had recurrent brain cancer. Michael's determination, unflinchingly positive outlook on life, and strong spirit while battling the disease became the inspiration of this small volunteer group.
