New Talent Strengthens Orchid Design’s Position as Industry Leader

Holt, MI, January 27, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Orchid Design, the orthopedic industry leader in product design, development and regulatory services, announces hiring of two new strategic leaders to support its business growth for 2012 and beyond. Poised for growth in the dynamic orthopedic surgical device industry, Orchid Design added Kyle Mullens, Business Development Manager, and Chris Scifert, PhD. Mr. Mullens’ experience and previous roles include Director of Business Development at Secant Medical, a technology company with expertise in biomedical textiles and Product Manager at K2M, Inc., a spinal device company, where he led product commercialization efforts for a portfolio of minimally invasive spinal implants and instruments.
