Customer Experience Survey Now On-Line

Nitra, Slovakia, August 22, 2007 --(PR.com)-- In advance of the conference on Optimising Customer Experience, the Empiria Group would like to announce that the Customer Experience survey is now on-line. This survey will measure attitudes and opinions of the business community towards the philosophy of customer centricity.

The results of this survey will provide valuable input and ideas on crucial opinions about customer centricity.

All marketing, CRM, Customer Care and other professionals are welcome to take part in the survey, which can be found at www.empiriagroup.eu/survey

Respondents will have a chance to submit their opinions until 10th of November.

In return for completing the survey, qualified professionals can choose incentives such as a discount on the conference fee or receiving select conference materials (download case studies, the full conference report, survey results and panel discussion transcripts).

The survey consists of 8 questions, focusing on both the general orientation and philosophy of companies as well as practical strategies necessary for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The results will be used as input into panel discussions and roundtable sessions at the Optimising Customer Experience conference in Barcelona, held on 15-16 November.
