PR.com)-- Debt Reduction Services Inc., a national credit counseling organization headquartered in Boise, ID was approved* by the EOUST (Executive Office of the United States Trustee) on December 21 2005 for pre-bankruptcy counseling in compliance with the Bankruptcy Code. The change in the Bankruptcy Code was enacted on October 17th, 2005.
The EOUST approval process requires strict guidelines to be met before authorizing an organization to perform financial counseling through the new program. Debt Reduction Services Inc. looks forward to the additional opportunities to help educate consumers of their options when facing financially challenging times.
