Local Community and Homeowners Association Management Services Firm Announces New Hire for PNC Plaza Condo Owners Association.

In this position, Caracciolo will be responsible for the management of the PNC Plaza COA assets, leases and other essential financial matters. Additionally, she will supervise the complex’s staff members and work with residents and board members to make any needed improvements or repairs to the condos.

Prior to joining CAS, Inc., Caracciolo served as the community services manager for the Governors’ Club in Chapel Hill, N.C., and has earned Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations. She began her career in IT development for 20 years before joining the community management industry 10 years ago. Caracciolo attended Howard University in Washington, D.C.
