Bronkall Promoted to Director of Speed, Strength and Conditioning at The Spot Athletics

Columbus, OH, January 24, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The Spot Athletics - one of Ohio’s premiere personal training facilities - has promoted coach Nic Bronkall to Director of Speed, Strength, and Conditioning. In his new position, Bronkall manages all athlete development programs and training staff. He reports directly to JL Holdsworth, CEO and head trainer.

“Nic brings considerable experience working with young athletes to The Spot Athletics team,” stated Holdsworth. “His strong work ethic and passionate drive to be best in his field will further strengthen our team of coaches and the development of our programs.”

Bronkall has been on staff as a strength coach since January 2013. Previously, he held strength coaching positions at Cleveland State University and at West Geauga high school in northeast Ohio. As the head of high school programs, Nic oversaw the strength and conditioning programs for all OHSAA sports for boys and girls.

He received his bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences with an emphasis on Human Factors and Functions from Cleveland State University and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. In addition, Bronkall is a USA Weightlifting certified coach.
