)-- Triumph Group Management (TGM), an operations and management service company to fitness and hospitality organizations, has announced that it has named Kevin Johnson as its chief financial officer (CFO). In this position, Johnson will be responsible for managing TGM’s financial records as well as planning and executing the company’s business and financial strategy. Johnson also will oversee financial operations for TGM’s subsidiaries, including The EFT Group, Rapid and Retro Fitness locations.
Prior to joining TGM, Johnson has held CFO positions with several other companies, including Carillon Assisted Living in Raleigh, Southern Lumber Development in Stockbridge, Ga., and Bartley RF Systems in Amesbury, Mass. Johnson has more than 25 years of experience directing and coordinating financial functions in several industries, including assisted living multi-family real estate and manufacturing. He started his career at Ernst & Young’s Boston location as an auditor.
Johnson received his Bachelor of Science in accounting from St. Francis College in Brooklyn in 1986. Originally from Chelmsford he now resides in Raleigh with his wife.
