Lex works primarily as Human Resources and Remuneration Committee advisor for large to mid-sized financial services firms and is involved in advisory work for the FSB, EBA, ESMA and national regulators in Europe to help improve alignment between the regulators.

Lex has extensive experience with Global Banking, Insurance, Investment Management, Private Banking and Family Offices on compensation and performance related matters.
