Yetter, a Concur Platinum Certified Advisor, brings more than 20 years of consulting, client relations and project management experience, in a variety of industries, including delivering more than 200 successful Concur Travel and Expense implementations.
Ms. Yetter’s most recent experience was with startup Natural Healers (which was acquired by All Star Directories) where she was instrumental in growing the business to $6 million. While in her tenure with All Star Directories, Yetter assumed several leadership roles, provided product design solutions for technology implementations, managed an unprecedented number of client portfolios, achieved 45% of all new sales acquisitions and increased her customers’ ROI by analyzing performance data and implementing improvements. Prior to All Star Directories, Ms. Yetter served as an Implementation Consultant for Concur Technologies. While with Concur, she consistently achieved the highest number of client references and was promoted to manage the Travel and Expense Implementations for key accounts where she earned the highest performance rating out of 11 Concur Consultants and was promoted again to Lead Implementation Consultant where she managed a team of Consultants. In addition to her career pursuits, Ms. Yetter is a board member of a private non-profit health clinic in Washington.
