Fairfield Harborís Harbour Pointe Golf Club Hosts Junior Camp to Teach Basics of the Game
New Bern, NC, June 19, 2014 --(PR.com
)-- Fairfield Harbour, a residential boating and golf community located 15 minutes from historic New Bern, announced that it is hosting a summer junior golf camp at the Harbour Pointe Golf Club, located at 1105 Barkentine Drive. Opened on June 16, the club will hold four camp sessions, hosting children ages 7 to 15 and runs weekdays from 9 a.m. to noon.
Camp attendees will learn the basics of golf, from putting and chipping to making a full swing. The cost of the camp is $125 per child and includes 15 hours of instruction, one snack a day and a Harbour Pointe junior camp T-shirt.
The sessions are as follows:
- Session 1: Monday, June 16 through Friday, June 20
- Session 2: Monday, July 7 through Friday, July 11
- Session 3: Monday, July 21 through Friday, July 25
- Session 4: Monday, Aug. 18 through Friday, Aug. 22
