Grinnell Leadership Announces Four Remaining Leadership JumpStart® Session Dates in 2014

)-- Grinnell Leadership, a consulting firm specializing in leadership and organizational development services, has announced the dates for the four remaining Leadership JumpStart® program sessions in 2014, held at Wrightsville Beach in Wilmington, N.C. A maximum of 12 businessmen and women from around the world attend each session, which packs six months of highly effective leadership coaching into four days. These participants represent a wide range of experience levels and industries, which contributes to many well-rounded, engaging discussions and exercises.
Leadership JumpStart® is designed to change the way leaders view their roles. Through investment in the program, participants can expect to gain insight into human motivation for “reading people” in order to create conditions to better influence others, build “conscious curiosity” to broaden self-awareness for identifying leadership blind spots, and learn a powerful technique to find the courage to communicate and lead through difficult situations when others will not.
In addition, participants will develop a precisely targeted, behaviorally specific and accountable action plan to change key outcomes of their leadership capabilities upon returning to the workplace.
