Daniels & Company Expands Start-Up Division

New York, NY, July 12, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Daniels & Company, a boutique full-service business development firm has expanded their "Start-Up" Division in anticipation of new clients the company will be working with. Since the JOBS Act passed in 2012, tons of small businesses have been entering various industries and are in need of guidance to continue their fast paced growth. The provisions of the JOBS Act have made it easier for emerging companies to comply with the different SEC regulations, such as extending compliance time and raising limits on shareholder requirements. The Act has been met with unanimous support and members of the technology community have been especially thrilled by the governments actions.
