The seminar, titled “INFORMATICS: Bridging the Gap Between Patients and Health Resources,” will discuss the evolution of healthcare tools and resources available for employers that changes the way providers and employers interact with their covered members.
For years, employers with over 100 employees have examined their employee healthcare data with a rearview mirror approach, reviewing historical information from a cost and quality of care perspective. Now, with new technologies, providers and employers have an opportunity to gain a better understanding of how and when to engage patients and new ways to interact with them. At this seminar Jeff James, CEO of Wilmington Health, and Jon Dingledine, vice president of consulting at HCW, will provide attendees with ways to identify the specific drivers of healthcare costs and engage key segments of the population to evoke change.
