Arizona Company Teams with New International Partner for Online Coaching iTelecoach, LLC and International Coach Federation (ICF) Create Partnership

Scottsdale, AZ, August 04, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Scottsdale based iTelecoach.com, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of iTel Companies, Inc. (iTel), a Video-as-a-Service (VaaS) company, has formed a partnership with the largest and fastest growing coaching organization worldwide, the International Coach Federation (ICF), a Kentucky corporation, to onboard professional coaches onto their new video platform, iTelecoach. With their Business Solutions Partnership Agreement (August 1st, 2014), iTelecoach.com opens its platform to onboard over 20,000 members of the ICF.

iTelecoach.com is the first online platform created to combine all the tools needed to provide coaches the mobility and accessibility of an online office. As the coaching industry grows, coaches need an easy entry into the market to either start or grow their own businesses. iTelecoach provides a platform for coaches to network with clients as well as other coaches via its online directory (allows clients to find coaches), messaging, and video platform, with the ability to open a virtual online office. Over half of coaching sessions are already carried out via the telephone. The iTelecoach app allows for a simple conversion from phone to video, and makes the coaching market accessible to clients located anywhere. Early adopter, Dr. Alberto Texidor, agreed, “The iTel platform has been an excellent addition…flawless video and audio has allowed me to train parents on an array of strategies without technical glitches…or their having to drive for hours to reach me.”

The iTelecoach network offers coaches a new, secure video platform, scheduling, integrated billing and secure Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards for credit card charging for its registered coaches. All of these services will be interoperable and delivered to end users following their registration on iTelecoach.com through a variety of options including a native mobile app for iOS and Android, desktops and laptops on Mac OS and Windows PCs. The solution is a first-of-its-kind coaching app that fully integrates and combines all of the featured technology into one platform. iTel’s CEO and Founder, Eric Greenman, M.D., said, “As my practice has grown over the last 15 years, I recognized the need for coaching that more patients were requesting, which is a different service than mental health care traditionally has provided. When I searched for an all inclusive platform to coach online, I couldn’t find one, which became the genesis of iTelecoach.com. Now coaches can meet their clients online and get paid on the same platform. We’re excited to introduce iTelecoach and our Business Solutions Partnership with the ICF. This is a major step toward bringing more coaches and clients together.”

Coaching is a growing market, and according to IBIS World, a leading publisher on business intelligence, released its report in March of 2014 with statistics showing that in the United States alone the Business Coaching industry brings in $9 Billion of revenue and employs over 67,000 coaches. This accounts for nearly 39,000 businesses. IBIS World noted that “..there are no companies with a dominant market share in this industry.”1

The ICF is the leading global organization for coaches, with more than 20,000 members and 12,000 credentialed coaches in more than 100 countries worldwide. ICF is dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high ethical standards, providing independent certification and building a worldwide network of credentialed coaches. “In a fast-paced world, ICF’s Business Solutions Partners provide our members with the tools they need to manage their businesses and focus on what they do best: transforming lives, one client at a time,” said ICF Master Certified Coach and 2014 Global Chair Damian Goldvarg, Ph.D. “We’re pleased to introduce ICF Members to iTelecoach.com and its suite of high-tech business solutions for coaches.” ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
