Colorado Springs, CO, September 05, 2014 --(PR.com
)-- Lil’ Cub Hub, a company that offers unique and luxurious baby and toddler products, is committed to giving back to the community with their new Blankets of Grace Project.
‘You Buy = We Give.’ When Lil’ Cub Hub products are purchased, they donate handmade blankets to hospitals for children fighting serious illness and for bereaved families.
Heather Sonnenberg, Founder of Lil’ Cub Hub, suffered several miscarriages and also delivered a stillborn daughter, Angel Grace Ann, in 2010. Heather started the Blankets of Grace Project to honor her daughter and to give to those families in similar situations. “My daughter was given to me at the hospital in a towel, which was heartbreaking. I hand sewed a dress for her funeral service so she would be laid to rest with dignity. I want to make sure that families dealing with something so difficult know that we care, we understand, they aren’t alone…and we want to provide them with something special because their child matters!” said Sonnenberg.
For purchases of their Cub Cuddly Minky Blankets, Lil’ Cub Hub will donate baby bereavement pouches and blankets for families dealing with stillborn and infant loss. For purchases of their Cub Co-Z Convertible Carrier, Lil’ Cub will donate blankets for babies and children fighting illnesses.
Lil’ Cub Hub offers the Cub Co-Z, apparel, and minky products. The Cub Co-Z Convertible Carrier is a compact diaper bag that easily converts into a sling-style baby and toddler carrier in just one zip. Either way it is worn, all of the pockets and necessities are accessible. Their apparel line has detailed embroidery of Lil' Cub Hub characters and unique quotes that coordinate beautifully with their embroidered minky blankets. They also offer reversible and adjustable minky bibs and minky burp cloths.
