Event Synopsis:

Determining a patent portfolio’s precise value has been a continuous challenge for patent owners nowadays as it is considered to be context specific. Several companies worldwide identify Intellectual Property (IP) as one of their most valuable asset classes. However, as patents reach the end of their theoretical lifetime, patent owners seek ways to return their investments over the patent before selling or voluntarily abandoning them. Considering this, companies are in need to build and maintain a robust patent portfolio management strategy to maximize profits and mitigate future monetary risks or loss.

In this two-hour live Webcast, a seasoned panel of key thought leaders, regulators and practitioners brought together by The Knowledge Group will provide the audience with the fundamentals as well as recent legal issues in managing patent portfolios. The panel will also share their expert thoughts and opinion on how to best monetize patent portfolios.
