West Palm Beach, FL, February 09, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Organizers of the West Palm Beach Home & Garden Show are inviting its guests to keep Valentine’s Day alive by making their “Home, Sweet Home” the focus of their attention by attending Palm Beach County’s largest show of its kind February 15-17 at the South Florida Fairgrounds’ Expo Center. It’s there they’ll find ways to spoil the whole family by sprucing up their home with offerings from more than 500 exhibitors or enjoying one of the many stage presentations. Featured products and services consist of the latest trends in home improvement, decorating and gardening, including some of the newest products in the marketplace. Experts will conduct live, interactive seminars and demonstrations. Show hours are 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. on Feb. 15 and Feb. 16 and 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Feb. 17.

“Our event has become the premier event for homeowners looking to outfit their residence with the latest in home improvement or simply learn tips and tricks from the experts,” said Home & Garden Show Manager Scott Rossen. “It’s the place to come to gather lots of ideas, get inspired and have fun during a great day out.”

The Palm Beach Post Home Improvement Stage will showcase various celebrities and local experts. This year’s celebrities are Nadia Geller, an accomplished interior designer featured on TLC’s hit shows, “Home Made Simple,” “While You Were Out,” and “Trading Spaces,” and Glenn Boyles, “America’s Voice of Home Improvement,” host of radio and TV shows focused on all-things remodeling. He also authored “The Glenn Boyles Big Home Improvement Book.”

The all-new Pet Pavilion will feature numerous pet-related exhibitors and their products/services, as well as Peggy Adams Animal Rescue and Elite Greyhound Adoptions. The highlight will be a “Doggie Fashion Show” at 2 p.m. on Sat., Feb. 16, which will showcase dressed-to-impress dogs that will make appearances on the runway. Each dog will represent a popular local radio or TV station and each of these finalists will be given one complimentary outfit at Pampered Pup to wear on stage. A panel of judges will choose the top dog who woos the judges with his/her strut, pizzazz and overall cute factor. The dog’s owner will receive a $1,000 gift certificate to spend at Pampered Pup, while the station he/she represents will retain bragging rights. The winner will also earn the station a $500 donation to the charity of his/her choice and the lucky winning dog will receive a two-night stay and bath at VIP Paws.
