Most recently, Kulak’s professional background includes 11 years working for the Hewlett-Packard Company, overseeing a global cross-functional team of project managers executing IT infrastructure-related projects. Earlier, he also served as director of Computing Services for Monterey Peninsula College, in Monterey, Calif., where he assumed sole responsibility for the build-out of the entire technological infrastructure of the college district, managing staff, vendors, and budget. Kulak received his bachelor’s degree in business computer science, with dual concentrations in business and software development, from Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania.
