Last week we were honored to receive a 2017 Best Places to Work award from the Jacksonville Business Journal. For more than a decade, the Jacksonville Business Journal has partnered with Quantum Workplace — a research firm focused on employee engagement — to identify the Best Places to Work on the First Coast. Winners are determined by an analysis of data collected from surveys taken by each company's employees. This is an especially meaningful award because it is based on actual reviews from our employees. One of our main goals as a company is to be a place where people love to work and feel like family, and to hear back from our employees that we’re succeeding is a great feeling.
