Michele came to Charlotte and Selective Marketing in 1994 from Pittsburgh, Penn., where she earned an Associates Degree in Visual Communications from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh.

Michele is as adept at brainstorming ideas as she is at achieving goals and honoring budgets. She is a quick study who can rapidly understand the nuts and bolts of products and services and see their broader applications and potential in the marketplace. Michele’s innate organizational ability is evident in her ability to design functional and visually appealing communications. Her talent, dedication and hard work has been evident to judges who have recognized her work in many Business Marketing Association ProAd competitions.

Michele and her husband, Joe, have two daughters, Taylor Elizabeth and Emily Nicole. Our creative director gains inspiration and enthusiasm for life by running marathons and biking to raise money for organizations such as the Leukemia Society, Team In Training and Multiple Sclerosis.
