Norman is responsible for overseeing all science related activities at Blue Sky Biotech, Inc.

Before joining Blue Sky, Norman spent eight years with Pfizer, Inc. Norman worked in various roles that include gene cloning and expression to lead discovery covering assay development (cellular and enzyme), HTS, and lead development. Drug targets included receptors and enzymes.

Norman earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the Department of Biochemistry at Dartmouth Medical School, Dartmouth College. While at Dartmouth Medical School Norman studied molecular basis of circadian rhythmicity. Norman's postdoctoral experience included three years studying signal transduction for members of the TNF receptor family.

Before attending graduate school, Norman spent three years at Upstate Biotechnology in production and QC. Norman was Production Coordinator overseeing production and QC.
