This first floor Knightsbridge property had failed to let for a period of some months and required additional furnishing and restyling. We also added window treatments in the bathrooms to provide more privacy, aired the rooms, added scented candles and room freshener, plus real plants and floral decorations. The rooms were transformed and the property was immediately let at £4, 000 per week.
