Michael Shaw Photography has been offering quality classic and reportage wedding and portrait photography since 1988. It was founded by Michael Shaw who has always had a passion for the art of photography. The company comprises a small team of fully UK-qualified photographers. All the work from beginning to end is controlled in-house to ensure a high standard of quality. From humble beginnings helping to start a local photographic club near Southampton in 1966, Michael’s repertoire covers weddings, portraiture and commercial photography. However, more recently weddings have become his speciality. “Inspired by Lord Lichfield’s portrait works, my photographs always involve women somewhere. A Bride is the pinnacle of my art.” Having now photographed over 400 weddings, Michael Shaw Photography has the edge over most other photographers in the wedding photography field. Norwegian, Danish, Russian, Irish, Canadian, Greek and British traditional wedding procedures are now included in the company’s multi-national portfolio.
