(Introduced in 2000) NetSpeed Leadership® (www.netspeedleadership.com) is a blended learning training program designed to meet the learning needs of first and second level managers, new managers and supervisors, and individual contributors in fast-paced organizations. We do this by blending:
• Highly interactive instruction techniques with
• Easy-to-use post-classroom online reinforcement tools, and
• Web-based tracking tools for training administrators to measure the impact of this training.
The program allows organizations to quickly launch customizable training programs, train participants, reinforce skills and measure the impact of the training. NetSpeed Leadership offers a curriculum of 23 half-day (three hour) courses, facilitated by one of our certified trainers or by a client’s internal trainer who has completed a two-day certification workshop.
