TechBiz Connection will host a distinguished panel of business leaders and innovators who will discuss how to implement well-conceived plans and programs at its monthly forum on Wednesday, August 20 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at TechSpace on 65 Enterprise in Aliso Viejo, Calif.

Frank Singer, angel investor, Tech Coast Angels, holds several patents and has held executive positions at a number of Fortune 100 companies including Honeywell, General Dynamics, Becton Dickinson, and Microdot prior to acquiring several aviation related businesses. In 1986 he was awarded the first Entrepreneur of the Year award in Orange County for pioneering a joint venture in Mainland China. Currently Singer sits on several boards, was a founder and past president of the Tech Coast Angels, past president of the Orange Coast Venture Group, chairs the American Electronics Association's Government Affairs committee, is on the Concordia College Dean’s Advisory Board, and recently authored a book on business valuation.

Eden Jarrin is a successful entrepreneur, nationally recognized on-camera host, interior designer and DIY home improvement expert. At the age of 21 Eden was a founding team member of Onvia.com Inc., which she helped grow to more than 300-employees, $140 million/year in revenue, and took public on NASDAQ in early 2000. By the age of 27 she co-founded and became CEO of Be Jane, Inc., one of the largest web sites for women’s home improvement. Eden led the company’s growth and major partnerships with companies such as MSN and Bank of America. She has appeared on dozens of national talk shows including The Today Show, CNN Open House, The Fox Morning Show with Mike & Juliet, The Tony Danza Show and The Jane Pauley Show, to name a few, and has been featured in more than 100 magazines and newspapers including People Magazine, Entrepreneur, Glamour, TIME, Better Homes and Gardens and The New York Times.

Ferris Eanfar, CEO, Venue Security, has a diverse professional background that spans a variety of sales, military, marketing and multimedia disciplines: cryptological linguist and intelligence analyst for the U.S. Air Force; director of operations for Maxit Publishing; associate producer at KBRT Radio in Orange County; and co-founder and CEO of Venue Security Corporation, which develops technologies to reduce fatalities, crime and violence in entertainment venues throughout the United States. He was involved with two successful start-up companies, managed his own computer consulting and multimedia design business and has traveled to numerous countries throughout Europe and Asia.

Jeff Scott, CEO of C-Level Management, has helped companies improve their business operations, sales methodologies, and technology efficiencies for more than 15 years. In 1995, he started smplsolutions, Inc., an IT integration and telecommunications consulting firm. Since 2003, Scott and his colleagues have launched a successful executive management consulting firm, C-Level Management and two software technology startups. Defining his methodology as "Process Obsessed™," he now teaches a wide range of audiences, from students to corporate executives, to radically streamline their daily routines and achieve their aspirations without delay.

Rich Toubman is a founding member of Vantera Partners LLC, a financial advisory and consulting firm based in Newport Beach. He has a varied background in corporate finance that encompasses numerous industry sectors and has over twenty years’ experience advising early and mid-stage companies. Prior to joining Vantera, Toubman has served in business consulting, corporate lending, new product development, and investment banking roles at financial services companies including Bank of America, TRW and Dunn & Bradstreet. He was part of the development and consulting team for advanced risk management products at what was formerly TRW Information Services and is a frequent lecturer and author, active in various professional groups.
