Avidyne Names Mark Sindone Director of Customer Service

Industry veteran brings 15 years of Delta Airlines experience and will lead the development of Avidyne’s World Class Customer Support and Call Center.

Lincoln, MA, August 15, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Avidyne Corporation has appointed an 18-year industry veteran, Mark Sindone, to the position of Director of Customer Service. Sindone, who most recently served as Director of Customer Logistics at AGL Resources, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia brings a strong background in aviation, having spent 15 years in technical operations at Delta Air Lines prior to joining AGL in 2005. A licensed Airframe & Powerplant mechanic, he is currently enrolled at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University pursuing a degree in Professional Aeronautics.

Sindone earned his A& P license in the Aviation Program at Wentworth University in Boston, Massachusetts in 1990. He also holds certifications from Delta Airlines’ Learning Center in Lean Enterprise and Six Sigma, Advanced Microsoft Suite, and Delta Project Management.
