Decorated Vietnam War Hero to Speak at the Business Club of the Triangle in September

Clebe McClary to be featured speaker at BCA Triangle Breakfast on September 19.

Raleigh, NC, September 13, 2008 --( Clebe McClary, a decorated and highly honored Vietnam veteran, will be the featured speaker at the Business Club of the Triangle’s (BCA Triangle) September breakfast meeting. The breakfast, sponsored by Grant Thornton, will be held at the Brier Creek Country Club on September 19.

Clebe McClary is an inspiring motivational speaker. His message of courage, determination and dedication will compel you to soar beyond the limit. Suffering devastating injuries during the Vietnam War, which included the loss of his left arm and left eye, McClary continued to lead his men. His valiant battle with the pain and disabilities that followed is nothing short of amazing. Since then Clebe McClary has used his powerful story of courage, determination and strength to motivate audiences the world over.

Clebe McClary is one of the most outstanding motivational and inspirational speakers in America. On March 3, 1968 during his 19th reconnaissance mission in Vietnam, Lt. Clebe McClary was critically wounded by an enemy attack. As a result of his bravery under fire and the concern he demonstrated for his men, Clebe was presented the Silver Star and the Bronze Star by the President of the United States. Although Clebe suffered the loss of an eye, an arm and was told he would never walk again, he never lost the determination, dedication and courage to overcome his circumstances.
