Tye Maner Group Presents the Impact of Leadership and Motivation to the Leaders of Tomorrow and Their Parents of Today

Tampa, FL, September 24, 2008 --(PR.com)-- While most of today’s successful professionals come from diverse backgrounds, most, if not all, possess two things that elevated them to new heights: the ability to lead and motivate others.

To help inspire the next generation through skills training and real-life stories, the Tye Maner Group will be the guest speaker at Riverview’s Guinta Middle School’s Student Advisory induction ceremony. More than 200 students and parents are scheduled to attend the October 24th presentation.

“During their formative years, students can learn, study and then emulate the skills that can make them, or anyone, successful in school, college and in the real world,” states Tye Maner, president. “It all starts with a basic understanding of how to be a leader and how to use motivation to get you and like-minded groups to higher levels.

“The training we’ll present is also helpful for parents, who can incorporate the same skills to change their mindset and aspirations in order to achieve better work and life outcomes. We are proud to be a part of this initiative.”

As part of the training session, among several things, Maner and his team will help the audience identify and begin to apply the 10 key characteristics that embody today's most successful leaders.

The Tye Maner Group works with companies nationwide, including those in the Fortune 500. Seminars cover topics such as Essential Selling Skills, Effective Account Marketing, Effective Presentation Skills, Effective Negotiation Skills and Customer Vision. They are on the Web at www.tyemanergroup.com.
