SigNET's goal is to provide all businesses with affordable and reliable IT support no matter the size of their projects or institutions. Even if a business is not in need of a holistic monthly managed support package, SigNET still wants to be their first line of defense if an IT issue arises. Now that they offer most of their services in hourly increments, they can be the one-stopshop that their customers want them to be.
SigNET is offering their hourly services in many of the same arenas as their totally managed monthly packages: hourly technical services include workstation troubleshooting and rebuilds, printer installation, wireless network configuration and data recovery.
