Author of RARA Book Compares Coffee Variations to Leadership Styles Used in Business

Shirley Fine Lee, who is a meeting facilitator, consultant, trainer and author of the book R.A!R.A! A Meeting Wizard's Approach, compares three common leadership styles to popular coffee drinks.

Dallas, TX, October 09, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Shirley Fine Lee, who is a meeting facilitator, consultant, trainer and author of the book R.A!R.A! A Meeting Wizard's Approach, thought is would be interesting to compare three common leadership styles to popular coffee drinks. With this idea in mind, she did some research on coffee drink variations and leadership styles to develop a couple of management articles to put on the internet.

Shirley Fine Lee recorded her comparison of the coffee drinks and leadership styles in an article titled “Leadership Style in a Coffee Cup.” She followed that article with another on situational leadership, which is when leaders adapt there style to meet a particular business situation, with drink temperature and regular or decaffeinated versions of coffee. The second article was titled “Leading from a Different Cup” to show how leaders can adapt their normal style when necessary. After each article was complete, Shirley linked to her articles and recorded some additional thoughts along with experiences from her research on the business productivity and leadership blog called “To Be Productive”. Mrs. Lee’s blog posts are under the blog’s leadership category and are titled “What flavor is your leadership style?” and “How hot is your leadership energy level?”
