New Area Rug Centrifuge Wringers Spins Out Profits

Two of the most notorious profit killing aspects companies face when cleaning and restoring area rugs have finally been solved.

Victoria, Canada, November 08, 2008 --(PR.com)-- "It was an accidental discovery," says Dusty Roberts, president of RugBadger.com, a division of Luv-A-Rug Services Inc. "but our new RugRevolution Centrifuge Wringers dramatically reduce the amount of time and energy needed to clean area rugs."

With conventional methods, rugs are still fairly wet when they get hung up to dry and take a lot of time and heat energy to remove all the moisture from the rugs. Additionally, while the rugs are hanging, gravity pulls any remaining water down through the rug fibers and into the fringes, clumping them. This results in a lot intensive detailing by hand of the rug and fringes.

But when a soaking wet area rug is placed inside a RugRevolution, over 98% of the water in the rug is extracted and a curious phenomenon begins to take place.

Area rugs coming out of a RugRevolution are almost dry to the touch and require less time and heat to fully dry them. And since there isn't any excess water for gravity to pull down, the rug fibers and fringes stay soft & fluffy and require virtually no detailing - a phenomena that saves enormous amounts of time and labor.

According to Roberts, there are three advantages the RugRevolutions have over other centrifuge wringers.

"First is the fresh water injection system. Now clean, fresh water can be injected into the middle of an area rug while it's still inside the centrifuge. This innovation saves time, money and labor by never having to repeatedly rinse the same rug outside the machine again.

"Second is the Vibration Suppression System (VSS). This free standing unit soaks up and absorbs all the harmful, damaging and annoying vibrations all other centrifuges generate & transmit through the floor to adjacent offices and suites (this is especially severe for machines bolted directly to concrete).

The VSS also prevents the unit from "moving around" (a common problem for freestanding centrifuges) thereby ending the frustration of having to reposition the unit every time it is used.

"The third advantage is affordability. While most area rug centrifuges cost upwards of $40,000 or more, the RugRevolution's breakthrough in design and engineering makes it come in at a starting price less than $13,000. That's low enough to make it accessible to just about anyone who is serious about cleaning area rugs."
