X-Rite and NyghtFalcon will form a strategic partnership which includes an exchange of intellectual capital.

Under terms of the agreement, NyghtFalcon will standardize on X-Rite’s color management technology and will join X-Rite’s Coloratti – color experts. In turn X-Rite will equip NyghtFalcon’s photographers with i1XTreme and ColorMunki color control solutions.
