There were a lot of improvements and new features introduced in new Comindwork release:

Email to folder - Now it’s possible to upload many files using email interface.

Case email interface - Create or reply to cases via email. Thus project team members may organize helpdesk for clients, or ticket system. Also useful when working from mobile device

Import project data - Sometimes a company performs very alike projects. Now it is possible to use project milestones & to-do lists as a stub when creating another project.

Configure global/project tabs - Comindwork provides a lot of instruments for different project management needs. If something is not used, it can be switched on and off.

Connect cases with to-dos - Users can use Comindwork cases to track small processes. And the actual assignments that are done inside these processes may be tracked in to-do lists. Connecting a case (process) with specific to-do list feature is available as well.

Customized lists - List presets is a powerful way to get information quickly and use mass-operations on items. Users may define as many custom lists for any entity, with ability to set:

Improved project / company reports - With improved set of reports Comindwork users are provided with a bird view on current state in their project or company. Reports cover activities, time tracked, people load in cases, and provide ability to create custom reports.

Custom invitation - Company performs a lot of projects with clients? Project Manager is constantly inviting new users into projects? Now invitation template can be defined, no need to retype same text again and again.

Enterprise-level ACL permissions - Control access to any item by setting read/write/delete permissions on any project item. Project power users may grant or deny permissions to a group or to specific people.

“Email-intensive” project work - If project team heavily relies on email notifications there is a need to be sure that everyone is notified about all project participants about a wiki change or new file upload, “notify by email” checkboxes are checked on by default for whole project team.

To-do comments - Now users may leave tree-like comments to any to-do, if they need to leave any notes on execution, or ask for help.
