Kim Osgood promoted to Vice President of Finance & Accounting for firm specializing in independent contractor compliance and engagement.

Osgood, who is responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the firm, will now manage the firm’s tax and expense compliance teams as well as billing and collections. She will continue to report directly to the President & CEO, Gene Zaino. Osgood first joined the company in 2000 as the Corporate Controller.

A Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of experience, Osgood has served in financial executive roles since 1983, including previously operating as a Chief Financial Officer for a NASDAQ traded technology company. During her career, Osgood has been involved in the IPO of a $40 million software company and has performed due diligence in several acquisitions. Osgood’s experience includes bank financings, tax reporting, consolidations of international operations, government contracting, and SEC reporting and compliance. Osgood received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Virginia Tech.
