Dual Dynamics Training Moves Its Personal Fitness and Pilates® Training Studio into Downtown San Juan Capistrano

Stephanie Best, Personal Trainer, combines Pilates and strength training in expanded studio in the Franciscan Plaza - Open House June 11th and 12th from 10am to 3pm.

Mission Viejo, CA, May 23, 2005 --(PR.com)-- Stephanie Best of Dual Dynamics Training, Inc. (www.dualdynamicstraining.com), Personal Fitness and Pilates® Trainer, today announced that she has relocated her business into a new studio located in Suite 207 at the Franciscan Plaza on the corner of Camino Capistrano and Ortega Highway in downtown San Juan Capistrano. The move has allowed her to expand her proven combination of personal strength training and Pilates to include group classes. The new studio is equipped with two Balanced Body Pilates machines, Precor weight and elliptical machines, a Pace Treadmill, and numerous accessories and free weights. There will be an Open House with demonstrations and free classes on Saturday June 11th and Sunday June 12th from 10AM to 3PM.

In the past year, Stephanie Best has trained numerous Southern California clients through her technique focused on targeting each body’s most efficient way to increase strength and lose weight. “Pilates does not work for every body type, neither does weight training. But through dynamic integration of the two and intervals of cardio, I work my clients just outside their own body limitations making the most of each session. We take what works and adapt to push through the inevitable plateaus to keep challenging the body,” says Best. Her core philosophy is that her clients don’t have time to waste trying different fitness programs and very frequently what works one day may not the next.

Even with the expansion to the two-room studio, Best maintains the personal touch through small classes, private and semi-private sessions so injuries and special needs can be accommodated and client goals are not sacrificed. “Stephanie has helped me achieve my fitness goals faster than I though possible. I have dropped 50 lbs and lowered my cholesterol from 205 to 160, but more importantly she has kept me motivated with what works best for my body, my habits and my stage of life,” says Paul Rydell, a current client.

Although she loved the home-based convenience of her custom-designed Ladera Ranch “garage” gym, Stephanie Best believes that the Franciscan Plaza is an ideal location for her clients to combine a lunch-time or before/after work session with an errand or a healthy meal at nearby restaurants. “I want my clients to be able to integrate fitness into their busy lives effortlessly and get the most out of their time,” says Best. “While exercise may be a necessity to keep or get in shape, no one should use up their limited time working out without results.”
