The timely topic, “Getting a Job, Keeping a Job and Being Excellent in your Job” was well received by everyone in attendance. The 45 minute presentation outlined tips for writing resumes, networking, interviewing, and looking at all the options in today’s job market.
Elena Comperatore, Career Development Coordinator for Hodges University made these comments about the presentation -- “Thanks again for the Getting a job… presentation you gave to our students. It was very insightful and informative. A great deal of your material agrees with what I try to convey to my students, however, I was able to learn from your presentation as well. I think the students enjoyed, as did the professors that were there. I hope we can do this again another semester.”
The entire presentation focused on going beyond what is expected in every aspect of job hunting, resume writing and work performance.
