and Announce New Corporate Name

The leader in online education for design, construction and long-term healthcare professionals nationwide announces new name – VectorLearning.

Tampa, FL, April 16, 2009 --( The VectorLearning name change is intended to create a more unique identity for the parent company of the firm’s two operating units – (RV) and (C2L). With RedVector’s dominant position in online continuing education for architect, engineer and construction (AEC) professionals and Care2Learn’s leadership position in online education for long-term healthcare (LTHC) professionals, the firm acknowledged the need to establish a brand that will support their ambitions to expand beyond AEC and LTHC.

Commenting on the new corporate name, Tom Wallace, Chief Executive Officer, said “Since our acquisition of Care2Learn we had been using the RedVector name for our combined companies and really RedVector is a brand that is only known within the AEC industry. So we have created a new name and new brand – VectorLearning - that is more consistent with our acquisition growth strategy and our plans to expand outside of AEC and LTHC. I am very excited about our new national brand, as we are entering a new era of opportunity and growth. The and names will remain in their current form while the new VectorLearning brand will be used for the combined parent company as it reinforces our commitment to our corporate values and enables us to build upon our platform and business model. The VectorLearning brand affords us an exciting opportunity to further differentiate our offerings and extend our innovations in online education as we develop new solutions for our customers.”

The new VectorLearning name will be rolled out along side the and brands over the coming months at events including the Associated Builders & Contractors National Education Conference (April 15 – 18 in Las Vegas), the National Hospice Palliative Care Organization 24th Annual Management & Leadership Conference (April 23 – 25 in Washington D.C.), and the American Council of Engineering Companies Annual Conference and Legislative Summit (April 26 – 29 in Washington D.C.).

Since 1999, the firm has set the standard of excellence in online continuing education for licensed and certified professionals in the AEC and LTHC industries. With an online library exceeding 1,500 courses, authored by more than 100 subject matter experts, and approved by licensing boards throughout the United States, RedVector and Care2Learn serve more than 1,000,000 licensed professionals in all 50 states.
