Philadelphia Gear Hires New Sales Engineer for Middle East Region
King of Prussia, PA, April 29, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Philadelphia Gear Corporation, a full-service provider of gearing and power transmission solutions, has appointed R. K. Kumar as sales engineer for the United Arab Emirates.
In this role, Mr. Kumar will be responsible for developing key accounts in the energy market, focused on the United Arab Emirates territory. He will handle many of the daily customer relations tasks, such as creating scopes of work for incoming queries, delivering final quotations and addressing field jobs at customers’ sites.
Mr. Kumar brings more than 15 years of experience in heavy industrial field work, sales and service of gas turbines and other related products. Most recently as a customer support engineer with Sun Power Gen Systems & Services, Mr. Kumar was responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, conducting product seminars and providing technical support to key customers.
