Sonitrol Pacific Detection "Tickles Pink" School Principal

Mukilteo, WA, May 03, 2009 --(PR.com)-- For the third time in less than a year, Sonitrol Pacific detected criminal activity at this Washington grade school and the fast response by officers lead to another arrest April 30.

Sonitrol Pacific Operator Marlene Olson received an activation of the school’s audio-based security system and dispatched sheriff’s deputies.

Officers arrived on scene and located one suspected burglar. According to deputies, the suspect tried to take a projector.

The school’s principal told Joel Dopp, Puget Sound Schools Account Manager, the arrest “tickles me pink.”

This brings the total suspects arrested at this school after a call from Sonitrol Pacific to 12.

• May 26, 2008 - six suspected burglars arrested
• December 31, 2008 - five suspected burglars arrested
• April 30, 2009 - one suspected burglar arrested
