Global eProcure Releases the Updated Version of the eCompliance Module

Global eProcure releases latest version of ecompliance module for government and public sector to track, monitor, and report utilization of funds.

Clark, NJ, May 21, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Global eProcure’s has recently released (version x.0), a significantly enhanced eCompliance module of its procurement suite which will provide government agencies the ability to compare and track disbursement against allocation of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act dollars through its off-the shelf commercial software providing transparency and visibility. This module has been used by its private sector clients to track compliance and convert “identified savings” to “realized savings” by minimizing maverick spend and ensuring supplier pricing compliance to their contracted prices.

The tool will allow users to track funds that have been allocated as planned by agency, by project, by beneficiary, and by commodity. Fraud, error, waste, and abuse can be minimized by the tool as it creates a mechanism for real time escalation of non compliance at any of the multiple levels being tracked.

Global eProcure’s traditional approach has been to use technology as an enabler and help organizations apply best practices, structured processes to maximize realized savings. A 10-year track record in having successfully delivered millions of dollars of savings through innovative technology to global corporations makes us ideally suited to ensure that the government is able to fulfill its promise of transparency and visibility to the US public.

To demonstrate the ease of implementation for this SaaS based technology and validate its confidence in the eCompliance module, Global eProcure is currently offering a low cost ’30 Day Trial through the end of June 2009’. The company is in discussions with several of our existing customers to see how this module can work for them.

“This is an exciting new development; our track record of having worked with the government for almost 10 years puts us in a good position to understand the requirements of the government and put a cost effective solution with a short implementation schedule,” said Global eProcure’s President and Founder, Roopa Gandhi.
