Knight-Celotex in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy

Northfield, IL, June 14, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division approved a motion by Bank of America to place Knight-Celotex, LLC in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and to appoint a trustee.

The Court appointed Mr. Barry A. Chatz, Attorney at Law with the firm of Arnstein & Lehr, LLP as Trustee. It is Mr. Chatz’s intent that Knight-Celotex be sold as an ongoing concern as there is strong interest from a number of parties to purchase the company.
