mrc Throws Down the Gauntlet with the 24-Hour Challenge

Lombard, IL, June 18, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Today, software tool developer mrc unveils the m-Power 24-Hour Challenge. Starting immediately, companies in need of web applications can now challenge mrc to develop an enterprise web application in under 24 hours.

“The 24-Hour Challenge is simple and completely free-of-charge”, says Sal Stangarone, mrc’s Senior Product Consultant. “Anyone can challenge us to build a fully-functional web application (using their own data) with m-Power in 24 hours.” m-Power is a software tool used for modernization and rapid Web application development.

The basis for the 24-Hour Challenge stemmed from mrc’s belief that typical enterprise web application development is too time-consuming and expensive, usually requiring outside consultants or outsourcing due to a lack of staff or programming knowledge. Designed to remove those limitations, m-Power allows for quick development with less staff, and without any need for programming knowledge.

“Enterprise application development doesn't need to be time-consuming, difficult, or expensive”, says Stangarone. “Give us some sample data and 24 hours and we’ll show you.”

While any application is open for the Challenge, here are a few common examples:

Business intelligence
Report writing
Executive dashboards
Customer portals
E-Commerce
Workflow/Scheduling
etc…

They have created a simple process to help you start the challenge and submit your data, which can be found here: http://mrc-productivity.com/24hourchallenge.html. Questions? Contact mrc via phone at 630.916.0662; via fax at 630.916.0663; via e-mail at sales@mrc-productivity.com
