Sonitrol Pacific Security Audio of Doors Shutting Leads to Two Arrests

Lakewood, WA, June 24, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Activation of Sonitrol Pacific’s audio security system at a Washington learning center, monitored by an expert operator, led to the arrest of two suspected burglars June 13.

Sonitrol Pacific Operator Lora Orsborn received the initial security system activation and listened to real-time audio at the school to verify criminal activity was taking place. She heard doors shutting and called a representative from the school district, per the district’s request, then dispatched sheriff’s deputies.

When officers arrived, they found two people inside the facility and took them into custody.
