One of the newly recruited staff is Doug Kettle, who joins Steelhenge as a Senior Consultant in business continuity management. Doug has extensive experience of implementing business continuity, incident management, risk management and ICT continuity programmes. Doug began his career in IT operations, moved into disaster recovery and then business continuity management. Doug has over 20 years experience in senior roles both for UK companies as well as global organisations. After moving into consultancy, Doug has developed and implemented business continuity management programmes for clients across all sectors in the UK and internationally for financial services and banking organisations as well as global conglomerates. He is a member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI), is an ISEB approved trainer and has an ITIL qualification in IT service management.
