Electronic Job Swapping has been added to the list of features available through the Schedule Soft Kiosk System.

With Electronic Job Swapping, the software is simply configured with the organization's job swapping rules and practices, freeing supervisors and schedulers to stay focused on meeting production and customer delivery demands. To use Electronic Job Swapping, the employees submit swap preferences and requests electronically through the kiosk system. Within established swapping rules employee requests are posted to a swapping board. Once the job swap is accepted by two equally qualified employees, the swap assignment is populated in the data base and the schedule is updated and displayed.

With the addition of Electronic Job Swapping, ScheduleSoft 4.6 continues to be the most robust, flexible and easy to implement and use employee scheduling software on the market today.
