Co-ordination Center Certified Accountants Becomes Correspondent Firm of Russell Bedford International in Kuwait

Addition of correspondent firm in Kuwait boosts Russell Bedford coverage in Middle East.

London, United Kingdom, August 26, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Co-ordination Center Certified Accountants has joined Russell Bedford International as the global accounting network's correspondent firm in Kuwait.
The firm was established in April 2007 and has grown quickly, now having a total of 24 personnel.

Co-ordination Center is predominantly an external audit practice, auditing more than 130 companies and organisations in the industrial, trading, services, construction and education sectors.

The firm has four partners.

The senior partner is Mohammed Al-Atiqi, a certified accountant and licensed auditor, and a past President of the Kuwaiti Association of Accountants and Auditors. He has more than 35 years of professional experience. Prior to the establishment of the firm, Mohammed Al-Atiqi held various senior positions relating to financial affairs in the Kuwaiti Ministry of Justice. He also has experience as a board member of two banks.

Hend Al-Suraie is a certified accountant and licensed auditor. She is a board member of the Kuwaiti Association of Accountants and Auditors and a board member of the Gulf Cooperation Council Accounting and Auditing Organization. She has some 20 years of professional experience in government accounting, in industry and as a senior auditor with a mid-tier Kuwaiti audit firm.

Khaled Hussein is a graduate of the Accounting Department at Cairo University, Egypt. He is a certified accountant with some 10 years’ professional experience. He initially trained as an auditor with a Big-4 firm in Egypt before joining one of the larger mid-tier Kuwaiti firms as a senior auditor.

Ghazi Al-Atiqi, also a certified accountant, specialises in financial analysis and accounting. He has experience as a financial analyst with one of the leading Kuwaiti investment banks, with the Kuwait Investment Authority and with KFAED (Kuwait Fund).
