Injured Trespasser Treated, Cited After Sonitrol Pacific Detection

Tacoma, WA, September 11, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Sonitrol Pacific security audio of someone crying in pain resulted in the arrest of an injured, trespassing skateboarder from a Washington school September 7.

Sonitrol Pacific Operator Robin Goings received a system activation from the school and heard someone crying. He called the school district’s guard service to investigate.

The security guard found a young man who had been skateboarding on the roof of the school, but crashed through a skylight and fell onto a bathroom floor. He sustained a head injury and was happy someone came to help him.

After the suspect received medical care, police sited him for trespassing.

More than 150 suspected criminals have been arrested so far in 2009 after a detection by Sonitrol Pacifc. Since 1978, Sonitrol Pacific detection have led to the arrest of more than 5,170 suspects.
